winner takes all

topic of this post?

Jealousy.

i believe that this symptom is especially imminent in females.

but what i wanted to emphasize is that i cannot understand the logic of the existence of those who are exceptionally flawless.

yes, i'm talking about those who are good-looking, smart and most of the time rich.

i know that life's unfair but to that extent, it's beyond my tolerance.

why are there people who seem to have it all?

it may make me sound so superficial, but it's a fact that first impression counts.

you may argue that these people may have flaws in their personality or in some other way to make us feel better, but what if there isn't?

they belong to the "elite" group who are sociable and likeable that even teachers adore them, but there are the lurking few who are envious of them.

---
what i'm driving at is that it's easier said than done to appreciate people for who they really are and not based on looks alone.

yet this is what i've always been trying to do, and in a way i feel that i've succeeded in doing that.

but it frustrates me to know that out there, there's still a minority who "have it all".

to me, i think they're the winners.

---
don't get me wrong here, i'm not encouraging materialism or superficiality.

i'm just creating a platform to vent my frustration of the existence of these people.

what say you?
